Welcome to the University of Chester's Accommodation Portal!
You now firstly need to register for an accommodation account.
New students
If you are a new student you need to create an account. To do this firstly click on create password at the top of the page.
Please note for mobile users you will need to click on the 3 bars at the top left of the screen to see create password.
Once clicked you will need:
- Your email that you registered with the University/UCAS
- Your student number which you will recieve once you are accepted to the University (this normally starts with your year of study eg 2600000). Please note this is not your UCAS number.
- Your date of birth
Once you have registered you can use the log in below.
Returning Students
As you are already an enrolled student you will already have an account registered on the system. To log in please you the SSO log in button on the right hand side of the page.
Log in issues
Please note log in details are currently migrating from those that you generate yourself to the SSO ( single sign on) option - if you are trying to log in either as a new user or as a user who has previously set up a password and this is no longer working, please attempt to log in via the SSO with the details you would have been sent in the welcome email from the University. Please ensure you use your Chester student email address when setting up the SSO
Once you have been provided with a University Account, you will receive an email advising that you will need to log in via the below button instead. Your original account will be transfered and you will only be able to log in via the SSO button.
